    Hi everyone,

I'm Allyson, and I normally blog at All RB posts are copied across to my old blog,, as I can't get Vox to play nicely with RB. (Although it has been about 10 months since I last tried properly - please let me know if you think things might have changed!)

I really appreciate all the hard work you guys put into RB, and I enjoy using the service!

    Thanks :)

    Kathlyn here.
I'm a science and health writer. I follow neurology, medical physics, imaging technology, infectious diseases and heck, any kind of new discoveries. I bounce back and forth between writing for physicians and the public so I hope I can find some kind of middle ground as a research blogger.
    Thanks for the forum!

    Hi there,

I'm Joseph and I'm a new contributor to a blog that a few people I know have been running for a couple of years ( The blog is mostly based on molecular biology and genetics but occasionally features interesting research from other areas of science. I've just put up my first post which is about photosynthetic animals and I'm hoping to write a bit more over the summer.

I've been checking the front page of researchblogging for the past week and some really interesting stuff has come up, so I'm looking forward to getting involved in the community :)

    Hi there,

I'm Agata and I'm responsible for blog at Research Blogging.
I am graduate student of Environmental Protection Technologies at Chemical Faculty (Gdansk Universit of Technology in Poland) blog come into being to share with readers the most interesting reaserch in form of affordable articles. However, the most important thing is to be reliable :) We focus mainly on psychology, environmental science, neuroscience and chemistry.

The blog is in Polish language and I've registered it few days ago willing that Polish section of Researc Blogging will soon evolve :)

    Hey everyone,

I'm John, and I write - a blog about drugs, pharmacology, science in general and anything else I decide the masses need to hear. I graduated from uni with a "medical science(pharmacology)" degree and have a job in the now infamous "legal highs" industry.

Rather than fill this thread with a massive introduction, below are links to my blog's & business's "About" pages and an article in The Observer on our industry that talks about about me 'n' the misses. (Anyone that knows me already can likely confirm that I got my boobs out for the picture in that last article!)

I've obviously blogged about research before (or I wouldn't be here now), but I've not done anything yet under the "Research Blogging" thing here. Hope to soon!

Other than the sciency stuff and business, I'm quite good at all things internet. I do a lot of coding, server-type stuff, marketing, search engine optimisation, etc, so if there's anything I can ever help anyone with, feel free to get in touch. Might not be able to help depending on how busy I am or whatever, but any of you are still welcome to ask.

I'm also on Twitter as @synchronium

Hopefully speak to you lot again soon!
